Fukuoka Shrine Club

The Fukuoka Shrine Club is the newest and most active Shrine Club in Japan. Located in Fukuoka Prefecture on the southern island of Kyushu, the Fukuoka Shrine Club was chartered on November 12th, 2016 by then Illustrious Potentate, Lee D. Gordon and Assistant Rabban, Mark P. Leo. Fukuoka Shrine Club was chartered by 8 founding members, many of whom are members of Himiko Lodge No. 24 (Fukuoka, Japan). However, founding members traveled from as far as Nippon Lodge No. 9 (Sasebo, Japan) and Kokusai Lodge No. 15 (Tokyo, Japan). The members of the Fukuoka Shrine Club are local business leaders and professionals in their communities, who all seek to better themselves and the communities in which they live. The Shrine Club’s founding and first President is Noble Shigeru Oshima, Past Master of Himiko Lodge No. 24 and Junior Grand Steward of the Grand Lodge of Japan F&AM.
