The Aloha Shriners recently hosted their 2026 Annual Installation of Officers, continuing a proud and enduring tradition that now spans 125 years. This meaningful ceremony marked an important transition in leadership while honoring the rich legacy of service, fellowship, and philanthropy that has defined the temple (chapter) for generations.
The installation formally ushered in Illustrious Sir Joseph A. Ernst as Potentate for the 2026 year. His assumption of duties signals a continued commitment to the values that unite Shriners worldwide. As with every installation, the event served as a reminder of the responsibility entrusted to each officer and the continuity of leadership that sustains the organization.
As the Aloha Shriners celebrate their 125th year of existence, the temple (chapter) looks ahead to a year filled with fellowship, reflection, and celebration. Plans are already underway for a 125th Anniversary Gala scheduled for September, an event expected to bring together Nobles, family members, friends, and distinguished guests from across Hawaiʻi and around the world.
This milestone year offers an opportunity to honor the past while embracing the future, celebrating 125 years of camaraderie, charitable service, and community impact — and setting the stage for many more years to come.
