BACKGROUND For more than a hundred years, Shriners - from sitting Governors to business and community leaders - have found peace and tranquility in the Shriners Beach Club (formally known as the Shriners Waimanalo Country Home). Shriners Beach Club strives to provide a place of exceptional beauty and function to support a diverse and gifted community of Shriners, family and friends, who continue to support and contribute to the success of the Aloha Shriners and Shriners Children's - Hawai`i.
MEMBERSHIP USAGE OF FACILITY
The Shriners Beach Facility is reserved for Shriners in good standing on Sundays (9am-6pm) and major Federal holidays (9am-5pm) that fall on or are observed on Mondays. Members must RSVP their intended usage no later than a day in advance by calling (808) 429-5977 or by filling out this RSVP form. Members must present a current dues card when met at the gate. Each Shriner is allowed up to 12 guests per visitation, and the host Shriner must remain on the property while their guests are there. CONDUCT All users are to conduct themselves in a safe, respectful & peaceful manner in line with Masonic values for the enjoyment of all. Users who are unruly, belligerent, or otherwise un-Masonic or a hazard to themselves or others will be removed from the property.
FACILITY The Beach Club is a "BYO" Club. Please bring your own towels, chairs, sunscreen, food and drink. There are bathrooms, showers, and BBQs available. There are a few picnic tables that are available on a first come, first served basis. Pets are NOT allowed on property. A complete set of policies, rules and code of conduct is available.

SCH Employee Beach Day! VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

It's certain to be a beautiful day at the Shriners Beach House during Shriners Children's Hawaiʻi's Employee Beach Day!
The Aloha Shriners are graciously hosting this hospital employee event and supplying the barbeque lunch!
VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED:
• Morning setup: Arrive by 8:30 a.m. • Food preparation and cooking: Arrive by 10:00 a.m. • Cleanup: Beginning around 2:00 p.m.
We also need someone with a truck who can pick up the cornhole games on Friday at the hospital and return them on Monday.
Nobles who can assist are asked to RSVP to events@alohashriners.org and indicate which assignment they can cover.
Mahalo for helping us welcome and recognize the dedicated employees of Shriners Children’s.

Ill. Marc Rubenstein will be conducting a free, open class for Nobles who'd like a better understanding of Temple Accounting and how financial statements work.
We'll give an introduction to the Income Statement, the Balance Sheet, and the General Ledger, and we'll walk through the most current Temple financial statements.
All Nobles are welcome, ask as many questions as you'd like!
Marc has an undergraduate degree in Finance, an MBA, and 20+ years of Accounting and Finance experience. He is a Past Potentate and Emeritus member of Shriners Children's Hawai`i Board of Governors.
